Yes, we will happily unload your truck into your space. The fee is $5 per pallet, box, etc. All we ask is that you notify us, in advance, of when your delivery will arrive so we know to expect it.
Yes, we have video cameras on the property to help protect our customers and their stored items. In case of theft or damage, this gives us something to review and share with law enforcement.
If you outgrow your space or need to downsize, we will be able to meet those needs. If there isn't enough space in your current warehouse, we can either relocate you to a different warehouse with the amount of space you need or we can rent you the extra space you need in another building.
No, while you can access your storage 24/7, our office hours are typically 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday.
When you fill out your contract, you can list who's eligible to enter your warehouse space.
You will be given one key that will access the building you are renting space in and the front gate. You are allowed to make copies for anyone else who you allow in your space.
Rent is due on the first, but isn't late until the 6th day of the month. At this time, you will be locked out of your space and will not be able to access it until you pay in full. To avoid late payments, sign up for auto pay when you turn in your contract!
